Our Vision

Logic Building Systems was inspired by the same feasibility study that gave rise to New York Tech’s Center for Offsite Construction. This study found that the best sustainable construction practices of the future will incorporate well-designed, low-energy, efficiently manufactured modules seamlessly plugged into site-built homes, providing outsized benefits to the design and delivery of multifamily housing in both urban and rural centers.

Logic’s work is focused on supporting three things:

  1. Implementing the best industrialized construction business practices in the modular industry
  2. Helping to establish a universal connectivity standard by developing couplings
  3. Providing the highest quality kitchens and bathrooms for the lowest cost

Logic and the Center bring different tools to serve a shared mission: to solve the affordable housing crisis by rapidly and sustainably improving how we construct homes in the 21st century.

By building resilient infrastructure, promoting inclusive and sustainable industrialization, and fostering innovation, this approach will benefit as many stakeholders as possible, from residents to builders to developers.

In response to the Center’s research findings, Logic is enabling that standard by bringing to market the first mating modules that prove this innovative coupling method results in cleaner, easier, and more profitable buildings.

“One of the best parts of my work is accelerating and supporting outstanding, innovative founders like Jason and watching startups like Logic scale. The enterprise will stop at nothing less than reshaping the construction industry to address the most pressing housing crisis of the last several generations Jason’s resiliency as an entrepreneur and natural ability to recognize the value of building industry partnerships to solve critical pain points while generating future revenue pipelines are emblematic of the quality of this novel business. I’m excited to see where Logic’s success as a market disruptor will take this game-changing technology.”
