Our Collaborators
“In building for years with Habitat for Humanity, I saw firsthand how beautifully Habitat builds community by collaborating with diverse contributors and participants. Logic stands on the same bedrock of trust as we invite collaborators to contribute their own valuable expertise and ingenuity in working together for the benefit of all.” ~ Jason Van Nest
We love collaborating with stakeholders who bring a variety of interests, experiences, and perspectives to the table. Interested? Read more about how to collaborate with us.
Sustainable Energy Outreach Network (SEON)
SEON’s mission to evolve contemporary building practices to be more inline with building science research has always had America’s most sustainable ideals in its core. Knowing that architects only touch 5% of the build environment, SEON helps bring the most important findings of building science to contractors, who improve, renovate, or construct the other 95% without the benefit of a larger professional advisory team.
SEON’s continued advocacy for workforce training is a credit to their community and a template for the nation. Logic and SEON are in continued conversations about a new kind of workforce training that coincides with a new kind of profession.
The Center for Offsite Construction
The New York Institute of Technology’s Center for Offsite Construction is a pioneering hub for advancing offsite construction practices in home building. Its initial research, represented focusing on research, education, community outreach, and industry partnerships, is based on initial research represented in a groundbreaking white paper: Open Source Connectivity Standards for the US Offsite Construction Industry.
The Center’s mission is to engage modular housing industry collaborators to promote an open-source standard for coupling offsite modular manufacturing methods with traditional onsite building methods. Its goals include establishing industry standards, expanding offsite construction markets, catalyzing new lending pathways, enhancing educational programs, and driving innovative research projects.
LaunchVT
Logic was one of eight Vermont startups accepted into LaunchVT 2023 Cohort run by the Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce. Launch VT’s goal of advancing innovation and entrepreneurship strengthens and diversifies the VT economy for the good of our communities and the nation. Participants were selected for new, fresh ideas from a craft state mentality and 21st century approach to doing business in Main Street America.
For twelve weeks, the founders grew from weekly coaching sessions with Vermont’s top entrepreneurial minds, many of whom worked with these startups to become their first, second, and third customers. Logic’s assigned coach Jim Feinson became its third investor, and he continues to advise Logic on paths to bigger markets.

“I originally invested in Logic for the double-barreled vision it represents through bringing up-market real-estate development jobs to smaller communities while also providing a viable solution to the affordable housing crisis. Since then, I have loved watching this team grow. They display a great knack for bringing in the right talent at key moments to help the enterprise reach its next step.”
